Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Emergency trauma (traffic accident, fall, engineering accident, etc.); 2. ASA ?-?; 3. Age =18 years old; 4. Unconscious disorders;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined craniocerebral and spinal cord injury; 2. History of alcoholism or drug dependence; 3. Severe vision, hearing or speech impairment; 4. Previous history of major physical or mental trauma or neuropsychiatric disease; 5. Those who are too ill to cooperate.
