Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria in "Diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome: Health Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China" approved in 2011; (2) Age = 18 years old; (3) PHQ-9 = 5 or GAD-7 = 5 or both PHQ-9 and GAD-7 = 5; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with severe systemic infections, cachexia, and other diseases; (2) Those with severe hearing impairment, language impairment, and cognitive impairment.
