Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) At least one severe ankle sprain happened 1 year ago; (2) At least 2 times in the past 1 year that the ankle joint was about to sprain out of control; (3) No lower limb musculoskeletal system pain occurred in the past 3 months Acute injury; (4) The patient is between 18 and 26 years old; (5) The Cumberland Ankle Instability Scale score on the affected side is <=24 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)History of lower extremity surgery or fracture; (2)Acute injury of lower extremity within the past 3 months that affects function, resulting in inability to carry out weight-bearing physical activities for at least 1 day; (3)Combined with serious medical diseases such as cardiovascular, lung, and liver; (4)Pregnant or breastfeeding ; (5)Vestibular system disease; (6)Visual impairment; (7)History of epilepsy; (8)Migraine patients; (9)Rehabilitation treatment related to the experiment in progress or within 12 weeks before the experiment; (10)History of alcohol and drug abuse; (11)Taking analgesics or anti-inflammatory drugs; (12)Existing spirit Diseases; (13)Others determined by the investigators to be ineligible to participate in the experiment.
