Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >20 years old; ASA grade ? - ?; VATS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of local anesthetic allergy; Abnormal coagulation function; Puncture site infection; Immune system or endocrine dysfunction; Opioids; Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; Hormones or other immunomodulatory substances were pretreated.
