Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged >=60 years (2) Patients undergoing elective orthopedic surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, hepatobiliary pancreatic surgery; (3) ASA I-III (4) Patients voluntarily participated and signed informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Expected hospitalization time < 48 h; (2) Patients who are expected to enter the ICU or return to the ward with endotracheal tube after surgery; (3) Emergency surgery; (4) Patients with concurrent critical illness (severe cardiovascular history, severe hepatic dysfunction, chronic renal dysfunction, etc.).
