Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Ischemic stroke patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine; (2)Upper Modified Ashworth Scale scores between Grade 1 (including Grade 1) and 3 (including Grade 3); (3)Patients are over 40 years old and under 80 years old, regardless of gender; (4)The first onset, clear consciousness can be combined with warm acupuncture treatment, the course of the disease is within 6 months; (5)Tizanidine was not taken for 2 weeks; (6)Those who do not reject acupuncture treatment and can understand and cooperate with the instructions of the treatment staff; (7)Voluntarily participate in this study, be able to cooperate with the completion of relevant forms of this study, and sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Do not meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine; (2) The patient is critically ill, has unstable vital signs, severe congenital diseases or serious heart, lung, kidney and other important organ diseases that are not suitable for acupuncture; (3)Examination confirmed spinal cord injury, tumors, brain trauma, cerebral parasites, rheumatic heart disease, Parkinson's disease; (4)Have a serious psychiatric disorder or cognitive impairment that cannot be treated properly; (5)Others who are not suitable for acupuncture treatment and those who are unwilling to undergo acupuncture treatment.
