Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stable chloasma ; 2. Age between 18 and 60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with active chloasma; 2.Patients with infectious diseases such as herpes simplex or flat warts on the face; 3.Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4.Patients with chronic liver or kidney diseases, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or blood system diseases; Those with mental disorders or nervous system diseases; 6. Those who have used other oral or external depigmentation drugs within 1 month; 7. Those who cannot tolerate photoelectric synergistic therapy or are allergic to tranexamic acid essence; 8.Failure to complete treatment or interview as required.
