60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Elective orthopedic surgery under combined anesthesia; (2) age >=60 years old and <=90 years old, both sexes; (3) ASA grade ?-?; (4) BMI 18-30 kg/m2; (5) Communication is normal; (6) Informed consent of patients and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patients with cognitive impairment by mini-mental State examination (MMSE) score less than 24; (2) The patients with brain disease or a history of brain disease(Patients with a definite clinical diagnosis); (3) The patients had a history of neurological and psychological diseases including AD, stroke, psychosis, etc. (4) The patients with long-term use of sedatives, psychotropic drugs, anticholinergic drugs, and anti-inflammatory drugs; (5) The patients with severe hearing or vision impairment; (6) The patients had preoperative systolic blood pressure >190mmhg, or diastolic blood pressure >100mmhg.
