Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old, regardless of gender, voluntarily participate in this study; 2. Diagnosed as centrally located hepatocellular carcinoma and feasible for surgery; 3. Child Pugh A; 4. ECOG score of 0 or 1; 5. Possess follow-up ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Simultaneously or previously suffering from other malignant tumors or distant metastasis before surgery; 2. Accept other forms of radiation therapy.
