Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Outpatients and inpatients aged 60-89. 2.voluntarily participate, sign the informed consent form, and cooperate to complete all the inspection contents in the project. 3.take care of themselves, without major diseases such as dementia, disability, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, and so on.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.refuse to visit midway for various reasons. 2.can does not cooperate with the project team to complete all the inspection contents and other limiting factors. 3.There were non-research factors affecting the related test items (glycosylated hemoglobin, glycosylated albumin, thyrotropin, ß-glue degradation products, N-terminal Pro peptide of type I procollagen, osteocalcin, bone alkaline phosphatase, BNP, NT-proBNP, carcinoembryonic antigen, neuron-specific enolase, cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen, gastrin-releasing peptide precursor, squamous cell carcinoma antigen).
