Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective surgery who required invasive arterial monitoring with ASA grade I-III and 18-60 years old Newly admitted resident physician; No standardized training on radial artery puncture and catheterization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Allen's test positive, obesity, arm deformity, post radiation, chemotherapy, peripheral vascular disease, coagulation dysfunction; pregnancy; have undergone radial artery catheterization or angiography will be excluded.
