Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Stay in ICU for more than 6 hours after operation; Fasting and water prohibition; The age is between 18 and 80; Patients without mechanical ventilation are conscious, able to understand and communicate normally; Subjects volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with otolaryngology surgery, intracranial surgery, oral surgery and oral diseases; Those who have participated in other experiments or are contraindicated by medical advice; Those who can't complete the scale evaluation.
