Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.With implant restoration and implant loading for at least 3 months 2.Peri-implantitis : PD (probing depth)>= 5mm, bleeding on probing, MBL(marginal bone loss) >= 2mm 3 Peri-implant mucositis : PD < 5 mm, bleeding on probing 4 Healthy implants : PD < 5 mm, no bleeding on probing, no pyorrhea on probing. 5 Voluntarily participate in the clinical trial and with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age under 18 2.Ongoing systemic diseases ( Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, hemophilia, bone metabolic diseases, history of head and neck radiotherapy, pregnancy, ongoing chemotherapy, etc. ) 3.Antibiotics were used within 3 months before baseline assessment or allergic to chlorhexidine.
