Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All subjects were recruited through our hospital rehabilitation medicine clinic, wards and volunteers enrolled in 40 patients with VaMCI, 20 cases of normal controls, the subject is mainly based on the 2016 China Association of Aged Care Senile Dementia and Related Diseases Committee ( ADC ) developed diagnostic criteria. Specific criteria are : (1) Neuropsychological assessment confirmed the existence of cognitive impairment : damage identified in more than one cognitive domain or critical damage in more than two domains ( critical damage refers to the 5 % -10 % of the age-matched norm or 1.5 standard deviation of the norm mean ) ; (2) Structural imaging confirmed the presence of cerebrovascular disease, including multiple lacunar infarction, cerebral infarction in key areas and white matter lesions ; (3) There is a correlation between cerebrovascular disease and cognitive impairment or enough to constitute the cause of cognitive impairment [ such as cognitive impairment occurs within 3 months of cerebrovascular disease or Haginsky ischemic score ( HIS ) >= 7 points, or no cerebrovascular events, but there is evidence of significant decline in information processing speed and / or executive function, and one of the characteristics of gait, urine and personality abnormalities ] ; (4) Daily living ability belongs to the normal range ; (5) Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for dementia ; (6) Excluding other causes of cognitive impairment. The above 6 items are all consistent and can be diagnosed as VaMCI.
