Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old 2.Duration of symptoms >= three months 3.radiculopathy or myelopathy with a clear imaging diagnosis 4.Undergoing ACDF/ACCF surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients were excluded if they were undergoing operations for trauma, infection, or tumor. 2.if the ACDF/ACCF was a revision procedure, or if the patient had any general metabolic diseases. 3.Patients who had cognitive impairment so that Unable to cooperate with the investigation. 4.patients who undergoing ACDR surgery
