12 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) met the diagnostic criteria for obesity; 2) did not exercise regularly within 6 months prior to starting exercise; 3) were conscious and volunteered for the exercise intervention; 4) had stable blood pressure control; and 5) signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) participation in other regular physical activities or athletic training; 2) history of metabolic and endocrine, orthopedic or cardiovascular disease and use of prescribed medications.
