Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1:Meet the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease in China formulated by the Parkinson's Disease and Motion Disorders Group of Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2016 2:Hoehn Yahr stage is ?-? 3:Age 50-80 4:Drugs for Parkinson's disease such as dopamine have been stable for at least 1 month before baseline testing 5:Have not participated in rehabilitation training in the past months 6:Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1:Atypical Parkinson's disease 2:Combined with other serious neurological disorders or diseases of the motor system, researchers believe that exercise training is not suitable 3:Combined with severe cognitive impairment, visual impairment, or hearing impairment. It is impossible to cooperate with sports training 4:Combined with Complicated by dyskinesias that severely affect motor function 5:Poor compliance
