65 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I-III 2.Preoperative MoCA score >= 26 3.Preoperative MMSE score >23 4. Patients undergoing surgery under general anesthesia (including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, gynecology) 5.The operation time is expected to be more than two hours 6. Patients aged =65 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from neurological and mental diseases and neurodegenerative diseases 2. Liver and kidney dysfunction (ChildePugh grade C, serum creatinine >125 µmol/L) 3. Recent use of sedative hypnotics, analgesics, antidepressants, glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressive agents 4. History of drug and alcohol abuse 5. Severe visual and hearing impairment that affects communication 6. BMI>30kg/m2 7. Contraindications of butorphanol application 8.The patient could not understand and cooperate to complete the MoCA and MMSE evaluation before operation
