Age
20 Years to 44 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)female age <45 years old, 2) bilateral ovaries exist and no hormone therapy has been given in recent 1 month, 3) endometrium is normal, 4)Low ovarian response as defined by the Bologna criteria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Abnormal endocrine hormone, such as hyperprolactinemia, thyroid disease; 2)Endometrial lesions (endometrial polyps, history of intrauterine adhesions, etc.), uterine malformations, uterine fibroids (fibroids larger than 3cm or closely related to the endometriosis) 3)Endometriosis III-IV, adenomyosis, hydrotubal, etc; 4)History of recurrent abortion, repeated implantation failure, chromosomal abnormalities; 5)BMI>=30 kg/m2.
