Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Open fracture confirmed by imaging examination; The age range from 18 to 80; Good communication and understanding skills; The subjects consented to participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disorder of consciousness or history of mental illness; Associated with other infectious diseases; Complicated with malignant tumor, serious endocrine and hematological diseases; Complicated with heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; Pregnant or lactating women; Oral antibiotics within 1 month before surgery; Long-term use of immunosuppressive agents or microbial agents.
