18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =18 years old; (2) invasive mechanical ventilation; (3) Expected hospital stay =10d; (4) Restlessness and calmness (RASS) score < 1; (5) Acute physiological and chronic health (APACHE?) scores of 10-30; (6) Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnancy; (2) After cardiopulmonary resuscitation; (3) Hemodynamic instability, such as high-dose vasoactive drugs; (4) limb fracture, lower limb venous thrombosis, limb paralysis or amputation; (5) Abnormal bleeding and coagulation function; (6) Organic lesions of gastrointestinal tract, such as digestive tract ulcer, atrophic gastritis, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, etc.; (7) abdominal trauma (trauma, surgical incision); (8) suffering from mental disorders, epilepsy; (9) Participate in other clinical trials.
