18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing single-level PLIF surgery for lumbar degenerative diseases such as lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spondylolisthesis, and lumbar spinal stenosis; 2. No previous history of lumbar surgery; 3. There was no improvement in symptoms after 3 months of conservative treatment; 4. Silicone drainage tube was used for postoperative drainage; 5. The preoperative coagulation function test was normal
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing multilevel PLIF surgery; 2. Patients with abnormal preoperative coagulation function; 3. Cerebrospinal fluid leakage due to intraoperative dura damage; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease; 5. Patients with spinal tumors and tuberculosis; 6. Patients with diabetes
