Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? GDM was diagnosed during pregnancy according to the diagnostic criteria recommended by the International Diabetes and Pregnancy Research Group (24-28 weeks of pregnancy, 75g oral glucose tolerance test, fasting blood glucose =5.1mmol/L, 1 hour = 10.0 mmol/L and 2 hours = 8.5 mmol/L after taking sugar, with one or more abnormalities); ? GDM women 4-12 weeks postpartum; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnancy complicated with other serious organic injuries; ? Postpartum women who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes and T2DM.
