Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 55-65 years; BMI=30kg/m2; ASA ? or ?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sinus tachycardia; Sick sinus syndrome; Glaucoma and severe prostatic hyperplasia; Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome;More serious cardiopulmonary disease; History of allergy to the narcotic drugs used; Enteroscopy through the stoma fistula; Various reasons can not cooperate, etc.
