Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with lung cancer and undergoing elective lung surgery under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery, age less of 20 ys, pregnancy, uncontrolled diabetes patients, preoperative infection, long-term use hormones, using other hormone drugs during surgery, and severe cardiopulmonary disease. The researchers judged that patients who were not involved in the experiment were considered inappropriate.
