Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part I Retrospective cohort study: 1. Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria of Western medicine; 2. Those who meet the above criteria for TCM syndrome differentiation and classification; 3. The age is between 18 and 85 years old, regardless of gender; 4. Ulcer wound area = 2cm2 and = 50cm2; 5. The clinical electronic medical record meets the medical record writing standards and the three-level quality control requirements of the hospital. Those who also meet the above requirements were included in the study. Part II Practical Clinical Research: 1. Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria of Western medicine; 2. Those who meet the above criteria for TCM syndrome differentiation and classification; 3. The age is between 18 and 85 years old, regardless of gender; 4. Ulcer wound area = 2cm2 and = 50cm2; Volunteer to participate in this study, obtain informed consent, and sign an informed consent form. Those who also meet the above requirements were included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part I Retrospective cohort study: 1. Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; 2. Special types of ulcers, such as cancerous ulcers, radioactive ulcers, leprous ulcers, or syphilitic ulcers; 3. Those with severe primary diseases such as malignant tumors, blood borne diseases, or mental disorders; Those who meet any one of the above criteria will be excluded. Part II Practical Clinical Research: 1. Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; 2. Those who are unable to cooperate with treatment due to intolerance to traditional Chinese medicine or moxibustion treatment; Special types of ulcers, such as cancerous ulcers, radioactive ulcers, leprous ulcers, or syphilitic ulcers; 4. Those who have severe primary diseases such as malignant tumors, blood borne diseases, or psychosis, resulting in poor physical condition or lack of autonomous behavioral ability, and are unable to cooperate with treatment; 5. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency or severe anemia; 6. Pregnant or lactating women and women planning to prepare for pregnancy during the study period; 7. People with severe allergic constitution; According to the judgment of the researcher, the possibility of enrollment is too low or there are situations that complicate enrollment, such as frequent changes in the work environment, which can easily lead to a loss of follow-up; 9. Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials. Those who meet any one of the above criteria will be excluded.
