Experimental group:Compound Herba Lysimachiae Granules, three times a day, one sachet each time, taken after being dissolved in water.
Control group: Placebo with an appearance, taste, and consistency consistent with Compound Lysimachiae Granules,three times a day, one sachet each time, taken after being dissolved in water.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Aged between 18 and 70 years old, gender not limited; ? Patients diagnosed with kidney and ureteral stones who are about to undergo ureteroscopic laser lithotripsy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy or extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction. ? Patients with severe unhealed trauma. ? Patients with severe mental illness. ? Patients with digestive diseases that cause delayed or obstructed passage of tablets, such as gastrointestinal ulcers, severe vomiting, diarrhea, delayed gastric emptying, intestinal obstruction, etc.
