Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 2019 to August 2022, the patients underwent pneumonectomy + systemic mediastinal lymph node dissection in Beijing Chest Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with endotracheal tube return to ICU after total pneumonectomy; (2) Patients who died of non-respiratory complications after surgery; (3) Patients with non-traditional thoracotomy; (4) Patients who have undergone surgery on both lungs; (5) Anesthesiologists who have been engaged in thoracic surgery anesthesia < for 10 years
