Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. Criteria for patients with irAE colitis after anti-PD-1 treatment: 1) Aged >=18 years, regardless of gender; 2) Definitely diagnosed with malignant disease, receiving anti-PD-1 treatment with or without concomitant chemotherapy; 3) Diagnosed as irAE colitis according to NCCN guideline; 4) Have received colonoscope examination and biopsy samples were obtained. B. Criteria for patients without irAE colitis after anti-PD-1 treatment: 1) Aged >=18 years, regardless of gender; 2) Definitely diagnosed with malignant disease, receiving anti-PD-1 treatment with or without concomitant chemotherapy; 3) Without symptoms of colitis; 4) Have received colonoscope examination due to other clinical needs (such as abdominal discomfort, constipation, routine examination for colonic polypus, etc) and biopsy samples were obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. vital signs unstable; B. Pregnancy and lactation.
