Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? ASA ?- ?; ? Preschool children: 3-6 years old; ? Tonsillectomy or adenoid hypertrophy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Preoperative complications of systemic diseases (including neuropsychiatric diseases, cardiopulmonary diseases, etc.);? Acute upper respiratory tract infection or pulmonary infection;?Take any sedative drugs before surgery; ? History of food and drug allergy; ?Refused to participate in the study;
