Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 years old and above; (2) Meet the SLE classification standard of the International Lupus Research Clinical Collaborative Group (SLICC) in 2012; (3) Meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome; (4) The patient knows and agrees to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women (2) Patients with end-stage nephropathy IV heart failure (NYHA grade), liver failure, sepsis, malignant tumors; (3) SLEDAI score > 14 points or frequent SLE activities in the past, and the frequency of medication is adjusted; (4) Those who have been allergic to the drug components used in this research, or are prone to allergies. (If one exclusion criterion is met, it will be excluded)
