Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients undergoing elective shoulder arthroscopic surgery were of all gender ,aged 18-65 years, BMI:18-24, ASA I,II or III grade

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to local anesthetic drugs;communication barriers; Coagulation abnormalities; Broken or infected skin at the puncture site; Severe heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney disease; Patients with central nervous system disease and severe peripheral nerve injury.
