Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of neonatal brachial plexus palsy; (2) Age =24 months; (3) no mouse nerve growth factor or other neurotrophic drugs were used in the first six months of the study; (4) Parents agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Bilateral brachial plexus palsy; (2) Narakas IV; (3) The dislocation/fracture of the clavicle or upper limb joint is not cured; (4) suffering from cardiovascular, respiratory, psychiatric, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, hematology and other neurological diseases or chronic diseases unrelated to brachial plexus palsy; Concomitant congenital severe organ insufficiency.
