18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age (18-60) years old; ? Body mass index (BMI) (18 ~ 25) kg/?; ? American Standards Association (ASA) ?-? Classification. ? Radical mastectomy (including axillary lymph node dissection, sentinel lymph node biopsy and breast reconstruction after mastectomy) is planned under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other major organ diseases; ? Allergic to esketamine and other experimental drugs; ? Patients with chronic pain before surgery; (4) Alcohol and drug abuse; ? Psychiatric history, language communication disorder, unable to understand the content of the experiment.
