Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) being a postgraduate student enrolled at Graduate School of Medical College of Chinese PLA Hospital and (2) being of age 18 and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) individuals who were currently receiving psychotherapy; (2) organic mental disorder, schizophrenia; (3) visual or hearing impairment; (4) severe drug or alcohol use disorders; and (5) pregnant and lactating women.
