Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of PSCI revised by the Expert Consensus on the Management of Post-stroke Cognitive Impairment 2021, and MoCA scale score =26; (2) right-handed, 25-75 years old, within 6 months after stroke; (3) no severe visual or hearing impairment and able to cooperate with the treatment; (4) Able to fully understand and cooperate with this study and willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) presence of other brain diseases other than stroke, such as encephalitis, brain tumors, etc.; (2) metallic foreign bodies or electronic implanted devices in the body; (3) complicated with heart, liver, kidney, digestive and other serious underlying diseases; (4) previous history of mental disorder, epilepsy or family history of epilepsy; (5) patients could not tolerate high-frequency rTMS or iTBS treatment; (6) Unable to cooperate with evaluation or treatment for various reasons.
