18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meeting the Chinese and Western medical diagnostic criteria for polycystic ovary syndrome; 2. women aged between 18 and 45 years; 3. with body mass index = 24 kg/m2 or clinical manifestations of insulin resistance, lipid and sex hormone abnormalities 4. not on endocrine and sex hormone-related medication in the last 2 months; 5. agreed to participate in the survey and signed a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. hyperandrogenemia caused by other causes such as congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, androgen-secreting tumors, or ovulation abnormalities caused by other causes such as premature ovarian failure, abnormal thyroid function, hyperprolactinemia, etc; 2. those with combined serious primary diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system 3. those who suffer from psychiatric disorders or have severe cognitive impairment that prevents them from participating in the collaboration 4. those who participate in other related clinical studies.
