Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? HIV infection confirmed by immunoblotting; ? aged 18~39 years; ? has some degree of mental pain or dissatisfaction with their current life status or behavior and wants to seek improvement; ? Can accept the frequency and cycle of intervention programs; ? is skilled in smartphones and has WeChat APP and network; ? can provide handwritten informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Previous diagnosis with mental illness requiring drug treatment; ? Drug and alcohol dependence, requires drug therapy; ? Participating in other research programs.
