Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 18 years old; informed consent; meet the admission criteria of the neuro-intensive care unit; the medical record contains content that can complete the nutritional assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Expected stay in NCU < 48 hours; incomplete medical history; second admission within 6 months; cardiac arrest resuscitation; refusal of treatment and abandonment of rescue; severe cardiopulmonary, liver or kidney failure when transferred; pregnant women, patients with mental illness.
