18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients over 18 years old requiring posterior dental implant treatment 2) The height of residual bone of maxillary sinus floor =4 mm 3) never smoked or smoked less than 5 cigarettes per day 4) systemic and local conditions suitable for implant placement and sinus floor elevation surgery; 5) willing and fully able to adhere to the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) presence of systemic diseases or conditions affecting bone metabolism and/or bone healing. 2) Use any medications that may interfere with bone metabolism (e.g., corticosteroids, bisphosphonates) 3) history of maxillary sinusitis or maxillary sinus surgery 4) history of implant failure in the posterior maxillary region 5) patients with severe mental illness who are unable to cooperate with treatment or regular follow-up.
