Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. patients with unilateral breast cancer scheduled for axillary lymphadenectomy. B. age > 18 years. C Clear consciousness, no language communication disorder. D. patient did not develop lymphedema. E. informed consent, voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. combined with other serious diseases, such as heart failure, liver and kidney dysfunction. B. those who have undergone neoadjuvant chemotherapy. C. Patients with bilateral breast cancer, recurrence and other organ metastases. D. open or infected wounds on upper limb
