Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. After examination, the patient meets the clinical diagnostic criteria for secretory otitis media; 2. Normal mental, intellectual, and communication abilities; 3. Actively participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; 4. No history of drug allergy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are over 80 years old or under 18 years old; 2. It is difficult to administer medication to patients through oral or nasal feeding routes; 3. Pregnant and parturient women; 4. Those who are not suitable for electrical stimulation therapy; 5. Patients with concomitant mental illness and severe epilepsy; 6. People with serious nervous system diseases, cardiovascular system diseases, infectious diseases, and autoimmune diseases; 7. Those who experience worsening or serious complications during treatment; 8. Nasopharyngeal space occupying lesions and nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy; 9. Patients who are deemed unsuitable by various researchers to participate in the study.
