Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The diagnosis of stroke conforms to the diagnostic criteria of the 2010 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China, and has been confirmed by imaging examinations such as skull CT or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 2) Age = 18 years old; 3) First onset, course of disease48 hours; 4) Brunnstrom stage = stage II, limb muscle strength = grade II on the affected side; 5) Clear awareness, stable condition, and good coordination; 6) The MMSE score = 24 points; 7) The vital signs are stable and there are no obvious contraindications to rehabilitation training; 8) Informed consent to the condition and treatment plan, and signed an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Brain stem and cerebellar ischemic stroke patients; 2) Other neurological diseases, including mental disorders, hearing impairment, visual impairment, or aphasia, which are difficult to cooperate with training; 3) Complicated with respiratory system diseases (pulmonary infection, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis, etc.) and other diseases that cause respiratory muscle damage (myasthenia gravis, Guillain Barre syndrome, etc.); 4) Patients with severe primary diseases such as epilepsy, active bleeding, malignant tumors, severe heart, liver, lung, kidney, endocrine, hematopoietic, and immune systems; 5) Those who have limb dysfunction caused by other reasons before the onset of the disease, or who have recently suffered from fractures, severe arthritis, or joint replacement surgery that affect the function of the lower limb on the healthy side; 6) Persons with other musculoskeletal and neurological diseases that affect functional recovery; 7) Patients with myocardial infarction or acute heart failure within 3 months: 8) The investigator judged that the patient's compliance was poor and could not complete the study as required; 9) Is participating in other intervention studies;
