Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. over 65 years old; 2. ASA grade I ~ III; 3. Elective knee replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There was cognitive dysfunction before operation (MMSE score <=24 after previous definite diagnosis/admission); 2. contraindications to esketamine (severe hypertension, tachycardia, hyperthyroidism, etc.); 3. Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 4. Those who can't cooperate to complete the cognitive assessment; 5. Those who are participating in other clinical trials and those who refuse to participate in the trials.
