Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age <= 7 years old. (2) Invasive arterial blood pressure. (3) Use lung protective ventilation. (4) Patients undergoing elective surgery undergoing single lung ventilation. (5) Obtain permission from parents or guardians (sign informed consent form).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative arrhythmia. (2) Right heart dysfunction. (3) Patients with spontaneous ventilation. (4) Ventricular ejection fraction<30%. (5) Obvious respiratory system diseases. (6) Hemodynamic instability. (7) Parents or legal guardians of the child refuse.
