Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the "Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Lumbago", the patient was diagnosed with LSS by clinical symptoms, imaging data and two or more chief orthopedic doctors. 2. In line with surgical indications, lumbar minimally invasive surgery should be performed at a later date; 3. The patient was over 60 years old; 4. no serious mental cognitive impairment, can clearly express their own ideas; 5. Patients and their families sign informed consent voluntarily; 6. No other physical disabilities, according to the program to learn and exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor physical condition, complicated with other serious heart, lung, kidney and vascular diseases; 2. Past history of spinal surgery; 3. Malignant tumor; 4. Serious complications occurred.
