18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients undergoing radical mastectomy under elective general anesthesia; 2, State Anxiety Scale (SAI) > 37 points; 3, age: 18-65 years old; 4, ASA classification: I-III level; 5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious abnormality of heart, lung, liver and kidney function and abnormal coagulation function before operation; 2. People who have taken anti-anxiety drugs, antidepressants or sedatives for a long time; 3. Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension ( >=180/110mmHg); 4, patients with increased intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure; 5. Untreated or undertreated patients with hyperthyroidism; 6. Patients who are allergic to drugs involved in this study; 7. Patients unable to complete the scales involved in this study; 8. Patients who have participated in other clinical studies.
