18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) to diagnose gastric cancer and plan to perform selective laparoscopic radical gastrectomy;(2) Age 18-75 years, (3) weight 40-75 kg, body mass index 18-28 kg/m2, (4) ASAI-II grade.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) allergic to any of the drugs used in this study;(2)Severe Coagulopathy;(3)infection at the site of puncture;(4)liver and kidney dysfunction, severe heart or lung disease;(5) chronic pain history and long-term use of opioids or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug;(6) failure to cooperate with the outcome measures.
