Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Management of premature Rupture of Membranes 2015 Edition" issued by the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, pregnant women who received PPROM at the first diagnosis and were expected to receive treatment at less than 34 weeks of actual gestation were selected as the research objects. 2.Fully informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Gestational diabetes mellitus, gestational hypertension disease, gestational liver disease, fetal distress and other pregnancy complications. 2.Medical premature rupture of membranes. 3.syphilis, AIDS, hepatitis A and other infectious diseases.4.Received hormone, antibacterial drugs, probiotics, cytokines and other treatments in the past 1 month.5.Drug addict or heavy smoker. 6.Obesity, diabetes, hypertension, autoimmune diseases and malignant tumors before pregnancy.
