18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital and acquired soft tissue defects of zygomatic and buccal regions; 2. Malformations of zygomatic and buccal defects; 3. Patients aged 18-50 years; 4. The four follow-up sites were complete (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year after surgery); 5. The subjects have good compliance, voluntarily participate in the test, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic constitution; 2. There are underlying diseases affecting wound healing; 3. Taking hormonal or chemotherapy drugs; 4. Patients are pregnant or trying to get pregnant 5. Unable to guarantee treatment on time and fail to partner; 6. The presence of a disease affecting the results of the test; 7. People with mental illness.
